Summer 2026 Invoicing

Accounts with a past due balance as of June 6, 2026, will not be able to start the first day of Summer 2026.

Any accounts with a past due balance as of Aug. 21, 2026 will not be able to start the first day of School Year 2026–2027.

The Summer Bear Adventure Day Program is self-supported by user fees. Therefore, all fees must be paid on time. Delinquent accounts are subject to removal from the Summer Bear Adventure Club Program.

Fees may be paid with a check, cash, or a credit card.

Auto-pay option is available.

We are open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., except for June 19 and July 3, 2026. Last day of program is Aug. 14.

Grades listed above are determined by the child's grade level for the 2026-2027 school year.*

*Students repeating fall preschool are eligible to apply.

Locations rotate each summer, dependent upon building capacity and district construction projects.

Families may bring their own breakfast, lunch, and/or snack.

Currently, no Extended Day summer sites qualify for the USDA free summer meals program. Any updates will be posted on March 3, 2026.

Registration for Summer 2026 is now open!

Programs will be open daily from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

*Registration fees are charged at the time of approval and are nonrefundable.

Daily rates are based on the number of scheduled days and average to a certain number of days selected per week.

Important Pick Your Day Information:

To help keep overall daily fees lower, no credits will be provided for dual enrollment in summer learning programs. Half-day options may be available at the time of registration for Camp Summer.

• Your Pick Your Day rate is locked in as of April 1, 2026, based on the number of days you have registered for in the system.
   
• Due to staffing and program costs being based on enrollment, attendance dates selected after by April 1, 2026, are considered final and are non-refundable.
   
• All summer Pick Your Days need to be entered by April 1. Any days added after April 1 until the first day of summer will be added based on space available.
   
• A minimum of five days notice is required to add days for summer programming.
   
• Any days added after April 1, 2026, will be approved based on space available at the drop-in rate of $72/day.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. No registrations will be accepted from families that have an outstanding balance from previous years.
